TURBT (Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumor)
TURBT is a minimally invasive procedure used to diagnose and treat bladder tumors. It involves the insertion of a cystoscope through the urethra into the bladder, allowing for visualization and resection of abnormal growths. The excised tissue is sent for histopathological examination to determine malignancy. TURBT is both diagnostic and therapeutic, often followed by intravesical therapy in cases of high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer.

Carcinoma Kidney (Renal Cell Carcinoma – RCC)
Renal cell carcinoma is the most common kidney malignancy, often diagnosed incidentally via imaging. Treatment options depend on tumor staging and include partial or radical nephrectomy. In cases of metastatic disease, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or cytoreductive surgery may be indicated. Laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgical approaches offer minimal invasiveness and faster recovery.

Carcinoma Prostate (Prostate Cancer)
Prostate cancer is a leading malignancy among men, often detected through PSA screening and biopsy. Treatment modalities include radical prostatectomy, external beam radiotherapy, and brachytherapy, depending on tumor aggressiveness and patient factors. Advanced cases may require androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) or chemotherapy. Robotic-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy is a preferred technique for improved precision and functional outcomes.

Urethral Cancer

Carcinoma Ureter & Bladder
Urothelial carcinoma of the ureter and bladder is a high-grade malignancy requiring multimodal management. Treatment typically includes TURBT for superficial tumors, radical nephroureterectomy for upper tract disease, and radical cystectomy for muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Adjuvant therapies, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy, play a role in metastatic disease. Surveillance with cystoscopy and imaging is essential for early detection of recurrence.
